Now I help leaders find theirs.
I spent over a decade in Human Capital, Talent, and Culture at Goldman Sachs and Two Sigma — partnering with senior leaders, scaling teams, and designing systems that help people grow. Today, I bring that experience into my coaching practice.
I work with leaders at real inflection points: new roles, expanded responsibility, major life transitions, or a season when something needs to shift.

We start with a goal-setting conversation
A coaching agreement that clarifies what you want, how we'll work together, and how you'll know it's working.
Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions
You bring what's most alive. I bring presence, perspective, and questions that help you think more clearly. We always leave with something to take forward.
Mid-point reflection
A check-in at the halfway mark to assess progress, recalibrate goals, and make sure we're working on what matters most.
Email support between sessions
Questions, updates, and accountability don't have to wait for the next call.
Supportive close and integration
A closing session to consolidate what's shifted and plan what you're carrying forward.
